  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Returns will not be accepted for items damaged due to misuse, incorrect washing, or after the return period has expired.
  • Certain products such as innerwear, hair accessories, and customized clothing are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Refund Policy

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original mode of payment.
  • Shipping charges, handling fees, and COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited directly to your bank account or payment wallet.
  • For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer after verification.

5. International Orders

  • International customers can return products, but shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
